OCEAN DRIVE ART BLAST brings together an eclectic mix of local artist to give collectors, critics and art lovers something to crow about. This event is sponsored by the Miami Design Preservation League and takes place at the Art Deco Welcome Center building, at 10th Street and Ocean Drive, only a few paces from SCOPE.
